About Metrics@Work

John's years of experience in conducting organizational research and expertise in organizational development is invaluable to the planning and administration of all of our projects. He is the lead consultant in many customized organizational research projects, and provides consultative support to our clients as the plan and implement interventions to improve the quality of work life in their organizations. John leads our Research and Development program and presents and publishes in the areas of strategic human resource management, healthy workplaces, leadership development and quality of work life.

Zak has been with Metrics@Work for over 6 years. He was involved in the early testing and development of all our assessment systems and has extensive knowledge of the tools, their development / design, project logistics, and production processes. Zak has been involved with or led over 100 successful survey projects with companies ranging in size from 100 to 20,000 employees. He also provides extensive consultative support to our clients as they plan and implement their data collection projects and work to use their findings.

Angela has been with WHRL for over 5 years. In her current role, Angela supports our clients as they plan and implement their projects. She coordinates all project production schedules, ensuring that they are implemented on time, and on budget. She oversees all of our data collection, entry and inspection activities, as well as our report generation and inspection processes, ensuring that your reports are timely and accurate.

Mokhtar compiles and analyzes the data and creates all customized report elements. His high level of statistical knowledge is invaluable as we conduct the data analyses, generate custom reports and interpret the findings. Mokhtar has been with WHRL for over 5 years, and has successfully created data analyses and many of the graphics for over 500 organizational and work unit reports. Mokhtar is also heavily involved in all of our research and development activities.

Jay coordinates and ensures the quality of both web and paper assessment systems for all of our projects. As a member of the Brock University Information Technology Services Department, Jay was the original designer of our on-line survey system. He has successfully mounted, managed and supported over 60 on-line survey projects over the past 6 years. Jay is also responsible for the timely and accurate generation of our assessment reports.
