Using all of our applied research systems, Metrics@Work has established and continues to build and study a Strategic Human Resource Management Database (SHRM) as a major focus of its work. The SHRM database contains data collected from a wide set of Human Resource Management tools developed by Metrics@Work or licensed to Metrics@Work.
